Refund & Cancellation Policy

• ◆Initiated by Participant: Registration fees paid for tournaments on lesg.in are strictly non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
• ◆Prior to Registration Deadline: If a player or team requests a cancellation before the published registration cutoff date, SportsNext India Pvt Ltd may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit note or transfer the registration fee to a future tournament hosted on lesg.in. Processing fees (up to 10%) will be deducted.
• ◆Post-Schedule Announcement: No refunds, transfers, or credit notes will be issued once tournament fixtures or brackets have been published.

• ◆Rescheduling: If a tournament is postponed or rescheduled due to inclement weather, venue issues, or unforeseen operational delays, player registrations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. No cash refunds will be issued for rescheduled events.
• ◆Full Cancellation: If a tournament is completely cancelled by SportsNext India Pvt Ltd without a rescheduled date, participants will receive a 100% refund of the paid registration fee to the original payment method.

Registration fees will be forfeited immediately without any option for a refund if a player or team is disqualified for violating tournament rules, providing false age/identity documentation, or exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct.

• ◆Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days from the date of formal approval.
• ◆Payment Gateway Charges: Any non-reimbursable payment gateway transaction fees incurred during payment processing will be deducted from the final refund amount.
