SportsNext India Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us") owns and operates lesg.in ("Platform") and all intellectual property associated with it, including the sports tournaments, events, and activities hosted on the Platform. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Indian laws.

This Platform, the LESG brand, and all associated tournament management services are owned and operated by SportsNext India Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of India.

• ◆Registration & Player Data: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, age, gender, emergency contact details, and sports profile information (e.g., skill level, team details) required for tournament enrollment.
• ◆Financial & Transactional Data: Payment details for player registration fees, tournament entry, and related event activities. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers or banking passwords.
• ◆Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser specifications, and platform interaction history.
• ◆Media Data: Photographs, audio, and video recordings captured during tournaments hosted on or associated with lesg.in.
• ◆Cookies & Tracking: Used to authenticate user sessions, manage registrations, and analyze site traffic.

We process personal data strictly for lawful purposes, including:

• ◆Facilitating player registration, tournament brackets, scheduling, and event management.
• ◆Processing registration fees and issuing transaction confirmations.
• ◆Direct customer support, schedule updates, and tournament communication.

By registering on lesg.in or enrolling in a tournament, you consent to our data collection and processing activities. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@sportsnextindia.com.

Personal and transactional data is retained for as long as necessary to manage ongoing tournaments, fulfill legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Upon expiration of the retention period, data is securely purged.

By participating in tournaments organized on lesg.in, participants grant SportsNext India Pvt Ltd the right to use event photography and video coverage featuring their likeness for promotional, analytical, and archival purposes across digital and offline channels.

We utilize technical encryption (SSL/TLS), secure access protocols, and protected cloud server environments to defend your personal and financial data against unauthorized access or breaches.

All content, software, platform design, tournament structures, media, logos, and trademarks associated with lesg.in and its sports tournaments are the exclusive intellectual property of SportsNext India Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

SportsNext India Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, service interruptions, or physical injuries occurring during offline tournament participation. Participation in sports events organized via lesg.in is undertaken at the user's own risk.

This Policy and the use of lesg.in are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising hereunder fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
